My client, a publishing company who are based in Dubai, are looking for an experienced Deputy Editor for their weekly female Arabic lifestyle magazine. The position is an extremely challenging one that requires wholehearted dedication.
Requirements
The position is one of responsibility and requires the successful candidate to be experienced not only in writing but also in the day-to-day running of a weekly publication.
The head office is in Dubai and the position will be based here.
The successful candidate will have extremely high work ethics, this publication has very pressurised deadlines every day of the week. You will be required to assist the Managing Editor in every aspect of the job and step up in her absence.
You must be very career-focussed, have the maturity to handle heavy pressure and be a very strong team player.
Arabic must be your native language.
The ideal candidate will be female aged 26-34 and originating from Lebanon, Syria or Jordan.
You will be required to undergo intensive skills tests as part of the interview process.
