Online Multimedia Editor | Abu Dhabi, UAE
Our client is a big Media Group in Abu Dhabi that operates a range of television channels, a network of radio stations as well as number of publications.
Reporting to the Managing Editor, you will be the driving force behind the online editing of various websites
Objectives:
• Drive the newly created websites commercially, technically and from a business prospective
• Generate revenue through creation of multimedia content, increasing overall readership, and online editing, etc.
• Plan, develop and implement editorial strategy
• Implement content strategies in both channels including content partnerships, original content creation (text, video & audio), development of tools and features, user-generated content, blogging and multi media content.
Skills & Qualifications:
• You MUST be an Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal English.
• Previous Digital Media expertise and handling successful online spaces.
• Proactive, Driven and a Dynamic high caliber individual with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong people management skills, web content strategy and implementation and optimization.
• Strong writing and editing.
• Creative brainstorming.
• Team Leader.
• Web analytical and reporting skills.
