Communications & Social Responsibility Specialist | Manama, Bahrain
• Work with the Communications team to implement and promote their upcoming community and volunteerism initiatives.
• Conduct research related to the bank’s community projects.
• Conduct research on main government and non-government entities present in each country across the region.
• Research best practices of CSR and volunteerism
• Assist in writing letters, proposals, evaluation reports, minutes of meetings, etc.
• Assist in organizing events / press conferences to promote the center (including putting together invitee lists, booking venues, drafting and distributing invitations, following up with invitees, etc.
• Assist in organizing volunteerism activities across the religion.
• Assistance in putting together brochures, documentaries, presentations, to promote the projects.
• Provide administrative support to the communications team in the implementation of their CSR initiatives and other communications initiatives.
Requirements
• Knowledge of CSR and communications
• Copywriting experience
• Event Management experience
• Project Management
• Multitasking
• Excellent team worker
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Prepared to work in Bahrain and willing to travel throughout the GCC
• A desire to learn and develop
