Director of Sales | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Perform a wide range of difficult to complex administrative work involving planning, expanding, coordinating, directing, and controlling the Service Centers and Retail Parts Outlets throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
1. To develop and implement operational strategy to meet the Parts expansion targets.
2. To develop a fully integrated framework for consistent management of all Service facilities and Retail Parts Outlets in line with corporate strategy
3. To carry out market studies in evaluating services and in providing information for the development of future business cases
4. To ensure that the appropriate processes and systems are in place for the management of all new Parts Outlets.
5. To maintain accurate and thorough documentation and records of the progress of the business development and implementation.
6. Prepare annual budget for submission to Board of Directors (BOD) for approval.
7. To provide monthly Key Performance indicator reports.
8. To develop and implement annual marketing plans to drive the business forward in line with operational goals.
9. To Liaise with manufacturer representatives and provide them monthly performance reports.
10. To ensure that managers are supported in meeting their responsibilities in relation to service management, funding requirements, operational policy and processes and audit and review.
11. To ensure that professionals shall be required to carry out any activities that support the key work areas as requested by the Supervisor / Director
Requirements
Degree in Management (M BA), preferably in Marketing / Sales.
Minimum 12 years experience, plus 3 years in similar capacity,
A Good Command of English/Arabic Language,
Computer literacy,
Extensive knowledge of the auto Industry,
Good organizational and planning skills,
Analytical and problem solving skills,
Knowledge of general administration and financial practices,
Project Management or Financial Experience.
