Regional Sales Manager | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Immediate position available for qualified Dynamic High Energy Regional Sales Manager with a min. 7 years of successful experience in high volume car sales management (600+ monthly).
Solid experience in all phases of sales management and operations.
Achiever with a track record of substantially improving revenues and profits
A keen focus on excellent customer satisfaction, sales execution and intensity
Solid experience in CRM with exceptional follow through, follow up, and closing.
Proven ability to quickly turn around sales organization, teams, and market penetration.
Implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, procedures.
Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning and delegating duties, determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employee
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Effective leader and communicator to mentor and build motivated teams
Quick learner, adaptable to new methods, systems, and procedures.
