Sales Executives | Arab Competencies Consultancy Kuwait

We are Arab Competencies Consultancy Company, looking for people having experience in Sales.
The successful candidate will work as sales executive on the training field, make the first contact with the customer, understands the customer needs, completes the customer information form, convincing the customer with the deal and make the best deals in terms of the price. Work as a link between the customer and the training department, follow up with the customer and make them feel how much the company care and preparing his / her itinerary report daily.

Job Requirements:
- Visiting potential customer to promote our training courses.
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Identify and understand client needs.
- Contact clients by phone to negotiate terms of an agreement and conclude sales
- Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with management
- The ability to review own sales performance.

- Initiative, self-dependent and possessing a challenging personality.
- Ability to talk and negotiate at senior management levels.
- Have strong negotiation ability.

- Highly contact skills and ability to dialing with V.I.P. customers
- Excellent ability to manage time, and accuracy of the dates and data collection
- The understanding for Kuwait market.
- Pleasant personality with mature demeanor
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales and any experience in consultancy will be preferred

Education
University Degree preferred
