• The performance management/behavioral coaching of your sales team.
• To drive and support the sales team to achieve the insurance sales premiums/profits and yield plans of the company.
• To conduct on going recruitment projects to maximize the manpower capabilities of the sales team.
•To deliver training to sales team through workshops and field visits.
• To provide coaching and personal development to the sales team to make sure the required insurance sales premiums are met and exceeded.
The successful candidate will be currently employed in a similar role within the Financial Services or Retail Banking industry with a proven track record in business development.
