Job Responsibilities:
Oversee execution of existing concepts to provide complete deliverables. Ensure quality and preparation of deliverable for handoff to interactive developers, printers, client, etc. Prints and binds co Graphic Production & Prepress.
Create layouts applying design principles such as color, typography, photographic selection, organizing elements and usability
Translate existing design/storyboard into working Flash (or equivalent software) with minimal oversight and direction from senior leadership.
Develop style of the presentation for existing concepts/directions and determine best format to execute upon ideas.
Assist senior leadership in outline and content for the deck plus edits and makes iterations on presentation deck
Assess a brand’s visual language (color palette, logo, font, etc) across a range of media (print, online marketing, Web site, packaging, etc) with minimal oversight.
Create summary scorecard to depict high-level findings.
Sketch logo and word mark ideas.
Document stylistic rules appropriate for the brand and the audience of the medium. Includes color palette, typography and logo / word mark guidelines.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art. Master’s degree is a plus.
5-10 years of experience of innovative design experience in a design, consulting or advertising firm with multi-industry clients; at least 2 years experience motivating and leading teams.
Extensive knowledge of typography, layout, color sense and the latest design tools including Photoshop, QuarkXPress, In Design and Illustrator.
Excellent command of Arabic and English
Experience in TVC/Radio/Print/Digital
Saudi Market experience is a plus
Knowledge of Interactive designs is also a plus
Exceptional presentation and design skills
