Ensure full utilisation of workshop available labour and resources to achieve planned operational targets

Supervise subordinates to produce quality work

Assist the staff technically and trains them

Allocate job cards and manages technicians to maximise the throughput by aligning jobs to skill sets within team

Ensure that the technicians carry out the jobs within the allotted time.

Ensure the most effective use of available time and equipment.

Ensure all pre-orders are approved and obtains customer approval for all additional work

Recommend warranty jobs for the approval of either Service Manager, Workshop Manager. In absence of both Managers, approval can be obtained by the Warranty Supervisor.

Ensure the workshop observes all warranty process conditions, and supervises the correct tagging and storage of warranty parts.

Ensure all required information on each job card for each job is properly maintained.

Identifies and organises staff training needs for improving technical knowledge and job performance.

Gives practical assistance, on-the-job training and technical advice to subordinates

Inform the Service Advisor and Workshop Manager if necessary on any unclear working instructions or costly extensions on the repair

My client, based in Dubai, are looking for an experienced Finance Editor to oversee their portfolio of finance publications.
They are looking for a candidate who knows how to write for middle finance magazines and publications.
The position is due to being early in 2011.

Requirements

To apply for this role, you must have finance experience and Middle East experience in particular.

Ensure Governance across OD & HR deparmtents

1. Research and benchmark Compensation and benefits program of du and Support Director C&B to keep it attractive and cost effective to Attract, Engage and Retain Best Talent

2. Manage the Compensation & Benefits policies implementation

3. Liaise with Finance and Manage the Annual Staff cost budget preparation & regular reviews

4. Lead and Manage the Annual rewards finalization and distribution process

5. Conduct Job evaluations based on the requests from the business units and prepare all the required presentation and documentation for Job Evaluation Panel

6. Conduct frequent on-going ad-hoc research projects requested by senior management within the company in order to advise senior management in designing more effective remuneration policies.

7. Implement Recognition & suggestion schemes

8. Support in the analysis of compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates and help Director Compensation and Benefits in developing competitive compensation and benefits plans.

9. Design and propose new and enhancements to policies, update and maintain corporate HR policies.

10. Monitor changes in labor legislation and manage compensation & benefits and corporate policies are run in accordance with federal law.

11. Implement corporate and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards as per the management requirements.

12. Ensure that all incoming ad-hoc requests on policies / compensation and benefits from other companies are responded to accurately and promptly after obtaining appropriate approvals in order to ensure maximum benefit to the company in term of reciprocal information exchanges with other organisations.

1. Manage External Verification agencies.

10.Prepare reports on the status of credit verification.

Implement credit limit control by monitoring and reviewing of credit limit, review consumers and enterprise customer data to identify and extend credit as per policy.
