The Role
- Develop website strategy (Internal Portal, Bawabty and other web pages), including content development and benchmarking analysis.
- Work with marketing team to recommend and develop effective e marketing campaigns and ensure integration as part of overall marketing communication plans.
- Develop tools to track online customer experience & usage.
- Develop innovative tools to connect with customers, such as online panels, surveys and customer forums.
- Design, develop and test new applications and release in a controlled fashion.
- Maintain internal marketing portal & ensure internal releases including product launches, marketing campaigns and employee notices are issued in a timely & efficient manner.
- Manage and lead internal developers and external vendors.

Minimum Qualifications:
