1. Developing Sales Channels-Direct/Indirect
2. Developing relationships with customers in the country for satellite related services.
3. Delivering presentations to clients
4. Supporting Operations by acting as liaison in between Technical Department and Clients.
5. Delivering on sales targets.
6. Travel to various parts of the Country as and when required.

Skills
1. Minimum 3 years experience in satellite industry.
2. Experience of IDirect, Linkstar, Viasat, SCPC, DVB/S-2, GSM Backhauling, PTP networks and IP bandwidth.
3. In possession of International Zone (IZ) badge which will allow free access to Green Zone and all UN/NGOs/Military compounds.
4. Fluent written and spoken English.
5. This is not an expatriate position.

- Set short and medium term sales plans
- Manage, coach and develop sales forces

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for national direct and indirect sales with a specific focus on achieving budgeted revenue and customer care.
• Total responsibility for customer care and hence customer satisfaction.
• Total responsibility for Logistics and Sales Support.
• Provides leadership, expertise and professional advice to the Company on sales matters to ensure that the Company’s business objectives are supported with the right sales strategy.
• Develops and gains agreement to Sales strategies, plans and budgets to support the implementation and realisation of agreed corporate business strategies.
• Reviews and gains agreement to an organisation structure and manning levels for the Sales Department to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the required contribution.
• Develops, gains agreement to, and implements policies and procedures that provide for effective work flows and facilitate the achievement of business plans and objectives.
• Builds, leads and develops a highly motivated, achievement oriented sales team and supporting networks capable of meeting, or exceeding, demanding and stretching targets and profit margin objectives.
• Develops and makes recommendations for sales team incentive plans to encourage and reward increased sales efforts and revenues.
• Provides input and participates in the development of pricing strategies in conjunction with Marketing and Customer Care, to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Recruits, trains, motivate and develop staff to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximise their potential and contribution to the Company.

Skills
• Iraqi national is preferred.
