Job summary: The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and must be proficient with technology, pro-active, self-motivated, and clever with a sense of humor.The candidate will operate from his/her home during Montreal office hours (GMT-5:00 Eastern Time).Must have a high speed internet connection with an up-to-date PC and a Web cam. Summary of Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and solicit potential customers through social networking tools

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Support the sales force activities by checking their daily reports

-Fill the purchase orders properly by following the company’s rules and procedures

-Enter the targets data given by management for each dealer and each product category

-Submit a monthly statistical report to the accounting department concerning the targets of each account manager

-Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure that the products will be delivered as forcasted

-Keep a track of undelivered products along with any related information

-Answer customers’ inquiries regarding the available products and their features

-Maintain clear information concerning the stock variation and the arrival of any new product

-Prepare the bonus contracts for dealers based on management information and approval

-Follow the pending list of the products available at the service center

-Follow the consignment list

-Handle over dues accounts and receivables

-Insert pictures and descriptions of products on Oracle

-Distribute the updated price lists to the account managers

-Bachelor degree in business administration – Marketing or management emphasis
