After calling them 10 times daily, emailing them hundreds of times I still have several pending invoices and no reply from 8 different people in that company. They are so busy that they just cannot get their heads out of their asses. If I was a client looking for an agency certainly wouldnt be this one because they do not how to service clients or suppliers properly.
