Junior Marketing Executioner | Wunderman Cairo
Wunderman, one of our advertising/communication agency, is looking for building a team for one of its client, a global IT reputable company.
As a MSC Junior Executioner, you will report to a MSC Marketing Manger but may take direction from Senior Executioners from time to time. You will be primarily responsible for:
- Taking business requirements from customers for use in campaign execution using GMP tools
- Transforming those business requirements into tactical GMP execution deliverables (e.g. EMMA list pull, WWE event set up, RegSys profile created, CSTAR campaign setup, PENS email delivery, etc.)
- Execute basic GMP tool reporting (e.g. EMMA list of counts, PENS email deliverability, WWE invitee vs. attendance, etc.)
Requirements
The Junior Executioner is less skilled then the Senior and is fairly new to the data career. They have most likely have 2 – 3 years working in the data field. Previous Marketing or Database Marketing is preferred, but not required at this level. The will be responsible for some of the easier tasks to start with, such as World Wide Event set ups, CSTAR Campaign setups, RegSys profiling, etc. They will have a Senior Executioner who will be their team lead to assist them in their development and skills growth.
The candidate must have:
- The ability to multi-task multiple execution team deliverables and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, consistent follow through, project management, communication (oral, written and interpersonal).
- 0-2 years experience in a database marketing execution/execution management is desired.
- BS/BA preferred
- English language skills required; Arabic and French language skills a plus.
The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in database marketing best practices/competencies to include e-mail, direct mail and telemarketing.
Basic understanding of the direct marketing project process flow and execution is a plus.
Strong skills using campaign management marketing software (i.e. Epiphany) and PC based applications (specifically Outlook and Excel) are a big plus.
HTML e-mail skills and experience working with international/localized content is a big plus.
