Marketing Coordinator / Manager | United Naghi Jeddah
Description of Role:
The position is an integral part of the marketing department and is responsible for identifying market trends; assisting in the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies; supporting promotional plans; designing, implementing and managing Point-of-Sale materials; and the ongoing support of trade programs and promotions.
Duties and responsibilities:
-Prepares and maintains sales materials such as brochures, direct mail pieces, statement of qualifications and other promotional materials.
-Conducts marketing intelligence exercises and monitor/report critical market/business parameters, customer behavior trends and customer satisfaction index.
-Assists with planning, implementing, and coordinates multiple marketing and promotional programs.
-Collaborates on creative concepts for marketing and field promotions.
-Assists in the project management of various marketing program elements.
-Interacting daily with clients, vendors, and retailers to insure the smooth planning, implementation and post-promotional activities involved with each program
-Maintains satisfactory customer awareness of the business to be achieved and maintained at all times.
-Supports marketing activities ranging from editing copy, to tracking program budgets, to reconciling invoices, to creating presentations, to brainstorming new programs… and much more!
Skills
-Excellent Communications Skills in English and Arabic.
-Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
-Customer Service Skills.
-Knowledge of MS Office or PC Applications.

Education and experience:
-Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
-A minimum of 4years working in a similar position as a member of the marketing team
