Trainer Marketing Specialist | AMIDEAST Amman
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Create and coordinate department training programs and department advertising with all appropriate media for all weekly and monthly activities and special events. Assist in choosing the appropriate texts for all advertisements; as in the promotion of courses, seminars, and workshops through mass mail and e-mailing to existing customer database.
• Conduct market research in the form of surveys, focus groups, and market meetings for the development of marketing strategies, new service programs and customer service evaluation.
• Create and coordinate the design, layout, printing, and distribution of season program marketing tools.
• Organize and increase the training department client database and satisfaction through launching new market studies and programs.
• Maintain contact with customers to confirm/make final arrangements, research needs/issues for training events.
• Create/maintain/customize training agendas as necessary.
• Work with front desk to research and respond to customer requests/problems/issues as necessary.
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation/public speaking skills and a strong customer orientation.
• Ability to assess needs, design, and implement a successful marketing/public relations program.
• Strong IT background, the ability to learn new applications, and willingness to work in a team environment .
• Ability to work independently .
• 2-5 or more years of marketing and training experience delivering training to a variety of audiences.
• 2-4 or more years of experience creating (identifying and writing) technical documentation and training material.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to assess end-user needs and relate to appropriate Student Registration Application (SRA) functionality.
• Strong skills in personal computer systems including word processors, spreadsheets, desktop graphic software’s and databases.
