Unit Sales Manager | Al Jomaih Bottling & Can Making Plants Riyadh
Job Role:
Execute the Sales plan for the unit and achieve the Case Sales, Net Revenue, Market Execution and Customer Service objectives through effective leadership and maximum utilization of the Unit sales team.
Accountabilities:
• Convert the unit sales and market development objectives to all TDMs within the Unit.
• Provide ongoing coaching to all TDMs within the unit and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
• Ensure proper roll out and sustain the implementation of Best Practice Tools within the unit.
• Through the Unit Team, deliver high standard market place execution for all company’s initiatives.
• Develop strong relationship with Key Accounts within the unit, this will include coordinating with the Key account manager to provide golden standards customer services as per Pepsi guidelines.
• Report competitive activities to the Regional Sales Manager as and when it happens.
• Report infrastructure requirements within the unit as per market needs to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Assess the unit sales staffing and skill requirements. Develop plans to address short and long term HR needs.
Measures:
- Case sales and Net Revenue Targets for the Unit.
- Market Shares and Trade KPIs objectives (cooler penetration, SKU distribution, etc.)
- Conduct annual and six months appraisals with the direct reports using the HR tools for building capability within the unit.
- Route KPIs, productivity, positive calls, completed calls, success rate, drop size, etc.
Skills
- Managed frontline performers
- Demonstrated functional expertise with FMCG Company for a minimum of 3 years in a Sales managerial role.
- Execute and operationalized a business strategy.
- Ability to align & motivate a team.
- University graduate & computer literacy (Windows applications)
- English / Arabic speaking.
- Age 28 to 34 years old.
