Profile: We are currently seeking talented Business Analysts to join our organization. The Business analyst is responsible for gathering and documenting business processes and performing configuration analysis to determine the most efficient way to implement our system/product at a major Governmental entity while meeting the customer’s business requirements.

In addition to their analytical and modeling skills, successful applicants must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English languages.

Job Duties:

1. Perform detailed analysis resulting in clear, concise and unambiguous system requirements

2. Evaluate business requirements for applications and systems integration and service activation, while delivering new or modified software systems enhancements and/or integration solutions

3. Translate the business requirements into functional specifications, capture users’ interactions, user interface specifications, outputs , interfaces and general systems requirements

4. Uncover client requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as Data Flow Modeling and Object Modeling, Case Analysis, Work flow Analysis, etc…

5. Gather client requirements through interviews and/or existing systems documentation or procedures

6. Document and maintain business process models

7. Ensure requirements are understood, agreed to and signed off at the appropriate stages in a project

8. Provide detailed analysis of processes and workflows with suggestions for improvement.

9. Assist Project Manager & Development Manager in understanding business requirements & functional specifications

10. Identify customer requirements, develop test schedules, review testing plans, track and document the development and results of these plans

11. Understand the functions provided by the current systems. Understand users’ business processes and use that knowledge to identify solutions. Understand and accommodate the requirement constraints imposed by current systems

12. Provide UI mock-ups. Lead design discussions and identify design options

13. Validate that testing results conform to the business requirements

14. Assist in user documentation for system
