The Role

To work for a large media company in Abu Dhabi as part of the media technologies team.
This part of the business offers state of the art production and post production facilities along with media management and broadcasting services to their clients. Target clients are typically the TV industry, corporate communications and the advertising sector.
The role of Client Services Manager will be to effectively manage clients and their projects in order to provide superb customer satisfaction and project delivery.
Key accountabilities will include; Gaining full understanding of a client project requirements and effectively communicating this and managing all processes in delivering the project. Managing key supplier accounts. Understanding that broadcasting is a 24 hour industry and the commitment that comes with this to deliver high quality customer service.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of and experience in the production process, studio facilities, and equipment / crew, typically you will have worked as a Production Manager in the region previously. You should have a sound knowledge of resource bookings and management systems. You will have pre-existing relationships with clients and suppliers within Middle East and North Africa. Your overall experience in this industry should be a minimum of 5 years, fluency in English is essential, Arabic speaking would be a distinct advantage.
You should be able to work effectively under the pressure of tight deadlines and be able to manage processes and projects accordingly.
