The Role

Established in 1938, our client is a multi-faceted group including various businesses in many countries throughout the Middle East, Africa, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Due to regional expansion they are now looking to recruit a Group Brand Manager for thief Food & FMCG businesses in the Middle East. Reporting to the Regional Head of Marketing, you will be involved with the entire marketing process on a corporate level, dealing with the categories managed by each company including dairy, pasta, beverages, food and packaging. You will be based in Dubai but will be expected to travel to KSA frequently.

Requirements

• 7-8 years marketing experience in a Multinational FMCG manufacturing business.
• Brand/Cat. Strategy. (Growth; Brand Portfolio)
• Innovation Rollout – Project Management (IPM management of projects)
• Brand activity planning – Full mix plan (4 P’s)
• Category, Country, and Channel Planning. (Annual)
• Launch & brand communication Planning, execution & budget mgmt. (CCP)
• Market Research Analysis & Action Planning
• Research management: for promotion test & evaluation
• Market share analysis & action plan
• Deep Consumer & Shopper research & understanding – insights into growth
• Theme POS master design, production, and distribution
• Effective Marketing support budget management
• Activation Platform management. (Activation Ideas development; Multi-Channel Activation – Promotions, events, PR, sponsorship, in-store activation, targeted marketing, sampling, etc.)
• Providing guidelines for Planograms
• In-Store visibility and shelf plan
• Work with Channel/Sales/KA managers to grow share
• Develop marketing content and presentations and present to Senior Marketers across the group
• Excellent command of English and Arabic both written and spoken is preferable
