One of the UAE’s leading companies is looking for a Corporate Communications Executive to join their Marketing division.

Reporting to Group Account Manager – Public Relations with a salary: Around 13,000 + benefits per month

Job Purpose:
To coordinate with internal and external parties for implementing marketing strategies and plans of allocated portfolios in order to generate maximum awareness and exposure for the corporate brand.

1. Assist in the development of yearly and quarterly marketing plans & calendar of activities for the respective portfolio of brands and facilities

2. Provide regular feedback on efficiency and general observations and learnings of the marketing plans for brand portfolio

3. Maintain Corporate Identity guidelines, facilities set-up and adherence to brand’s image

4. Generate periodic tracking reports including analysis and recommendations

5. Assist in handling all PR in the print electronic and broadcast medium and marketing requirements ranging from interviews, corporate announcements, POS, posters, brochures, merchandising, and websites etc.

6. Provide reports and analysis to the Group Account Manager – Corporate PR on the PR and marketing initiatives as and when required.

7. Assist in preparation of the corporate newsletter

8. Draft and research press releases for publishing in the print media, and for use in radio and television transmissions to obtain maximum and effective coverage of a news item.

9. Prepare a list of possible questions and answers that one might encounter in a industry conference, press interview or other speaking opportunity.

10. Support towards and necessary coordination for corporate events

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
1) Graduate, ideally in Marketing is preferred
2) Knowledge of written and spoken English essential, Arabic an advantage
3) Creativity and innovation
4) Good writing skills
5) Computer Literacy
6) Good communication, & inter-personal skills
7) 2-4 years of relevant experience in Marketing & Public Relations
