Provides hands-on concepts, copy and leadership on creative projects from kick-off through execution.
• Writes copy on assigned projects.
• Nurtures the skills and career development of creative staff.
• Contributes ideas and energy at brainstorm sessions and internal/client presentations.
• Responds to client’s issues/concerns, escalating those that require the Creative Group’s involvement.
• Manages time and costs for staff/projects under the General Manager’s supervision.
• Participates in new business initiatives.
• Remains current with integrated Marketing tactics, design/industry trends and advances in technology.
• Successfully contributes to the Agency’s list of awards.

Skills
• Degree holder in Fine Arts or equivalent.
• Strategic Marketing skills in Advertising.
• Excellent Creative and Design skills.
• Visualizing and Art Directing skills.
• Team builder.
• Fluent in English language (oral and writing).
• Knowledge in Arabic language is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Advertising.
• Saudi National preferred.
