Creative Director | Branding Agency Dubai
Job Description
Our client, a young and successful multi national brand communication agency is seeking a Creative Director for their Dubai based office.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will lead a team of 3D, 2D, digital and senior graphic designers and plan and direct each phase of assigned projects; directing creative personnel, resources, and processes, while being accountable for the design quality of each project managed. You must demonstrate adherence to established budgets and schedules, and rationalise creative solutions to decision makers.
You will also collaborate with account management personnel on proposals and pitches. As a creative director you must seek product excellence in all aspects of work, drive to be recognised as a valuable partner, both internally with colleagues (in the studio and in the client services group) and externally with international clients, and serve as a mentor to designers. In addition, the Creative Director is responsible for marketing/new business development, the creative process, planning/resource management, and team management.
The ideal candidate will have 5 + years of working within a Branding agency, please do not apply if you have advertising experience as a creative director.
You must have experience across all practices within a recognized brand management agency. The creative director will serve as a role model for designers at all levels, as well as be a meaningful contributor to the design community.
Strong verbal and written communication skills a must. Arabic speaking preferred but not essential.
