About the Role:

- Executive Secretary to the General Manager of Technologies division- Maintaining the General Manager’s daily calendar/ schedule- Preparing reports that may be required to fulfill the administrative requirement of the joliMaintaining the various files, and maintaining a database that would allow an efficient work environment and secure an effective system for the tracking and retrieval of the files/ documents or other information- Coordinating tasks, whether internally or with external parties (clients/ consultants etc) to assist in the carrying out of day to day responsibility of the office- Screening calls and ensuring that appropriate action is taken regarding handling of any external call as per instructions received or by developing an understanding of the nature of the call, with the objective of ensuring that all calls are attended to appropriately and in a professional manner- Planning and arranging bookings in airlines and hotels, as well as handle all the documents and paperwork to get the necessary visas, to meet the business travel needs of the senior management
