Job Purpose :-

Serve Clients by Providing professional advice on claims , prior approvals,procedures,and protocols,under health insurance policies .

Duties

- Prompt attention to potential clients .

- Prompt attention to addressing challenges in the insurance market and medical providers .

-Professional approach and communication with clients .

- Consulting clients professionally on issues related to their policies .

- Register claims in the system and follow up with the clients on missing documents or with insurance companies for status .

- Maintain client records by updating account information .

- Resolve problems by clarifying the client’s complaint ;determining the cause of the problem;selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem ;expediting correction or adjustment ‘following up to ensure resolution .

- Recommend alternative scenarios/solutions by collecting client information and analyzing client needs .

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed .
