The Role

My client is a major food manufacturing group based in KSA who are looking for a senior brand manager with experience in a food manufacturing environment. Applicants must have a strong marketing background. Package is negotiable based on experience
The package will include basic salary, transportation allowance, housing allowance and variable bonus depending on performance of both candidate and company as well. We are looking for an arabic speaking candiate to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
„X manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
„X conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
„X analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
„X develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
„X manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
„X monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
„X determine and manage the marketing budget
„X deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
„X develop pricing strategy
„X liaison with media and advertising

Requirements

Education and Experience
„X business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
„X experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
„X technical marketing skills
„X proven experience in customer and market research
„X relevant product and industry knowledge
„X experience with relevant software applications
