Journalist – Online | Al Jazeera English Channel Doha, Qatar

Write crisp news and feature copy for the web based on inputs from Al Jazeera network sources, agencies and freelance writers. This will include generation, development and execution of editorial ideas. The role may also involve reporting and writing from the field in close liaison with other network teams.

An excellent standard of written English with a minimum of two years of experience in international news, preferably in the print or online media is required to perform this job. A Bachelor or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Journalism or a closely related field is advantageous.
