The Role

KEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant in our Doha office to provide support to marketing and business development efforts within our Design Division.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

• Assisting with development and maintenance of promotional documents and materials, mailing lists and directories of project related information, photographs and exhibits.

• Assisting with gathering, drafting and preparation of data and research for compiling proposals and other marketing documents.

• Coordination with corporate business development requirements.

• Demonstrated experience across various administrative functions including diary management; travel bookings; arranging seminars and appointments; ability to draft business communications and accuracy in typing.

• Significant experience and knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office package including Outlook Mail.

• Proven ability to prioritise busy workloads and perform within a dynamic team environment.

• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and use of efficient processes.

• Immaculate professional appearance and excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline with at least 3 years of post-graduate experience.

Prior experience within an Architectural, Engineering or Construction consultancy environment in the Gulf Region is preferred.
