Job Description:
• Assist the Account Directors in servicing mobile operators (telcos) across the Middle East region
• Build strong relationships with clients on the basis of:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong project management/organisational skills and solid delivery
- Ability to handle ambiguity and escalate as needed
- Clear communication of project results on an on-going basis and optimisation proposals to ensure full accountability
• Internal coordination for the flawless execution of projects
- Involve all relevant departments in project specifications
- Write clear briefs for the development, marketing, operations and finance department
- Track progress through a solid project plan
- Strict financial tracking and reporting to the finance department
- Clear reporting to relevant Account Directors
• Manage effectively 3rd parties involved in projects

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
• Degree in the fields of computer science, engineering or marketing
• Up to 3 years of work experience in the telecom or information technology sector
• Interest and knowledge in the areas of high-tech, e-business, mobile technologies and/or media and advertising
• Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic highly desirable; fluency in other languages a plus
• Strong people skills
• Outstanding communications skills, with strong service orientation and team abilities
• Excellent computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
• Commitment to high quality results and drive to succeed
• Attention to detail
