1. Conduct market research and report on factors affecting sales of products and services
2. Organize and manage marketing campaigns and promotional events from conception to completion
3. Organize and assist events, conferences and exhibitions
4. Follow up current projects and new publications
5. Follow up execution of contracts with vendors
6. Support the representative sales
7. Prepare promotional items such as brochures and catalogues
8. Receive and distribute new releases among the branches
9. Supply weekly advance box offices figures for analysis
10. Provide administrative and marketing support to the marketing manager and the team
11. Receive orders and assist in packing and shipping the goods

Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration / marketing
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel + basics in Photoshop
3. Excellent written and verbal communication
4. Advertising and marketing techniques
5. Ability to work on multiples projects at one time
6. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
7. Professional appearance, creative, energetic, self-motivated, organized, team player
