Marketing Associate | Manama, Bahrain

Our client, one of Bahrain’s largest and most prestigious real estate development companies is looking for a Marketing Associate to join their growing team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate who reports to the Marketing Manager has to manage appointments / event schedules of the on-site marketing suite, communicate with external service providers and provide complete administrative support.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain an up to date filing system both physical and electronic.
• Welcome guests into the marketing suite and answer related queries.
• Assist with Arabic translation / approvals of news articles when required.
• Monitor the local and international press with regard to related articles.
• Must be available to work extended or unusual hours to attend regional / overseas events.

Requirements
• University Degree in Marketing.
• At least 5 years experience in Marketing or Public Relations in the real estate industry in the GCC.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Excellent knowledge of CRM software system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
