Sales & Marketing Manager | Kuwait
Job description:
• Search the local market for new potential clients and High End projects.
• Research the market situation, and visit potential consultant and projects under construction.
• Arrange meetings and presentations with decision makers, and demonstrate our variety of services.
• Follow up presentations and design preparations for clients, and arrange their visits to our facilities and finished flag ship projects.
• Prepare estimations, quotations, and contracts. And follow up their approval by clients.
• Prepare a variety of status reports including activity, follow up, and future strategy plan for the market
Skills
• B. Sc. In Sales/Marketing or Architect from a reputable university.
• 7-10 years experience in the same field in GCC country with at least 3 years experience in Kuwait market.
• Excellent experience in the potential local projects, and search strategy planning for new projects.
• Persuasive, inter-personal, and communication skills.
• Presentable and self motivated.
• Fluency in English is a must, Arabic spoken is a plus.
• Kuwait driving license (preferable).
• Able to travel to GCC countries and contact potential client.
• Experience on finishing material and update costing.
• Experience for estimation and BOQ analyze for construction of Interior work.
Education
B. Sc. In Sales/Marketing or Architect from a reputable university.
