The Role

Build and lead a “World Class” PR team and develop & deliver PR Strategy for the agency and its clients:
• Build, develop, lead, direct and control the PR team to provide commercial benefit
• Drive forward key relationships with clients, business partners and media contacts
• Ensure communications are consistent and focused
• Interface with Market researchers
• Manage PR budgets and payment of invoices
• Provide services on daily basis for clients in the areas of:
• Local Media Relations
• Regional Media Relations
• International Media Relations
• Copy Writing – by line features or articles, speeches, briefings
• Media Monitoring, Evaluation & reporting
• Media Training
• Internal Communications

Reports to CEO – Supervises 2 staff

Essential:
• Minimum 5 years of PR experience
• Track record of building brand and identity using innovative methods
• Highly creditable and capable of handling robust challenges
• Ability to influence people at all levels and driving forward ideas
• Commercially astute with strong leadership skills
• Track record of building key relationships – internally and externally
• High level of orientation towards Customer Service
• Excellent English language speaking and writing skills – native language preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent planning and execution skills
• Minimum education: – Degree Level
• Experience of managing commercial targets
