Skills
At least 8 years market research or marketing business experience, with four years in a middle management position
Experience in working closely with cross-functional teams
Strong marketing (research) knowledge
Experience in delivering business excellence
Strong knowledge of Healthcare Industry would be of great advantage.
High level of business/client understanding and insight

Strong sales/ negotiation/ persuasion skills
Gravitas and authority within the company
Good communication and social skills, gravitas and authority with clients
A team builder – builds and maintains strong relationships with staff
Excellent client relationship development skills
Excellent presentation skills in presenting insights
