Sales Manager | Empower Industries India LTD Dubai
Sales
* Meet or exceed new accounts as per agreed targets
* Select suitable business sources
* Manage accounts and develop relationships with customers
* Recommend and sign loan applications for Credit Approvals
* Ensure Mis-Selling policy is adhered to (less than 1%)
People
* Train subordinates and new joiners on product,
* Train team on operational risk management and sales governance
* Motivate sales force
* Able to manage a team of 20 to 25 sales representative
Compliance
* Adhere to and ensure implementation of operational risk management assurance and compliance
* Adhere to and ensure implementation of principles of Sales Governance in the Sales Value Chain
Background and Qualification:
* Dubai/UAE market experience in Personal Loan sales management
* 5 to 7 years of related work experience
* Preferable a MBA graduate
