To provide superior sales service through established contacts and relationships to achieve sales objectives.
• Design short, medium and long term strategy to penetrate the market and be a major player in the Hotel/Furnished Apartments industry in Beirut Lebanon.
• Achieve profitability targets and objectives.
• Designs and lead the implementation of business plans and strategies in order to optimize the business exposure and visibility / share in the market.
• Coordinates with the marketing manager in the preparation of the marketing plan and forecasts related to sales objectives.
• Presents marketing programs to potential customers.
• Provides forecasts and sales projections on monthly basis.
