About the Job:

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Carefully review tender documents / drawings and submit tender queries – RFI- Send enquiries for products and services to vendors and suppliers and obtain pricing, within the allotted time to meet tender deadlines- Evaluate the supplier pricing by comparison and select and pit the lowest or most competitive price in the estimation- Carefully review job requirements and analyze the needs and suggest relevant value engineering options- Prepare accurate costing based on the BOQ and quantity take off after carefully verifying the quantity taken off by the relevant staff- Prepare estimate notes and/or pricing sheets and all other documentation required for Management and Client review- Build and maintain up to date data base of vendors and pricing for reference and record.
