Senior Marketing Manager | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Sr. Marketing Manager will plan, develop, implement and manage all marketing activities for the specific project brands, ensuring the overall quality of the work is meeting corporate standards.
The incumbent will develop Annual Strategic Marketing Plans for the Brand/projects in conjunction with the Central Marketing Team.
The job holder will develop and manage the marketing budget including ROI reporting by activity.
S/he will get front line exposure to other departments/ Senior JV Partners/Stakeholders in order to implement the Marketing Plan, including advertising and product launches, in accordance with the Annual Business Plan and Country Rollout Plan.
Sr. Marketing Manager will build and manage professional relationship with the external Communications agencies and other vendors for artwork related to outdoors, branding and stationery requirements.
The job holder will manage Projects, Relationships and the Negotiation of contracts with Agencies for media – including outdoor, creative, branding, and PR in accordance with central Marketing Team.
Sr. Marketing Manager will be a custodian of company’s marketing guidelines in order to ensure consistency of all brand communications
Motivate and develop team members ensuring that performance is measured and training needs recommended.
Manage a system of measuring and reporting Marketing Department KPI’s to ensure agreed objectives are achieved.
Note:
High level of independence with enthusiasm and good communication skills (English &Arabic) are needed as this post will provide optimum exposure to various entities (JV partners & stakeholders)
Initial training will be conducted in Dubai’s Head Office with the Central Marketing Team.
