Junior Photographer | Boutique 1 Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
• Work with the photographer/studio coordinator and the visual merchandising team to deliver a high volume of accurate, appealing and esthetic product photographs every week to be uploaded on the Boutique1 transactional site.
• Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to style all products and prepare the outfit in line with Boutique1 standards.
• Be flexible in coping with seasonal peaks in product photograph productions based on delivery cycles.
• Prepare the set, checking that all equipment is functioning, setting up appropriate lighting and keeping accurate daily shoot records.
• Responsible for care and upkeep of all studio equipment, props and supplies.
• Ensure that all products are lit correctly and shown in a way that the photos reflect the real product in the best possible way.
• Ensure that all images are correctly exposed and color consistent.
• Create, organize and maintain the image archive system, which enables all departments to find any image material needed in an easy way.
• Responsible for retouching, cropping and uploading of all digital images.
• Maintain file size specification guidelines.
• Ensure no more than 3% of your images are reshot per week
Work Experience and Education
• Previous experience in studio environment producing high volume and high quality product photographs in a production line type of environment.
• Proven experience with digital cameras and lighting.
• Ideally experience with photography for the web.
• High technical proficiency in Photoshop
• Strong understanding of lighting and color correction

• Passion for and knowledge of luxury designer fashion.
• Must work well in a team.
• Must be very organized and excel in a deadline-driven environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good spirited, should have fun with his/her work and should have a good sense of humor.
• English : Fluent
