Regional PR Coordinator | Dubai
A major Middle Eastern engineering consultancy are urgently seeking a Regional Public Relations Coordinator to work with a team of professionals acquiring experience within the marketing team, focussing on the coordination and administration of the public relations function.

The responsibilities for this role include -
§ The day to day management of the PR agency.
§ The production of PR leads from within the regional businesses for press releases and specialist trade magazines.
§ Sourcing industry relevant material for features in technical magazines.
§ Management of speaker slots for key staff in our various offices across the Middle East.
§ Developing up to date material on project wins and news for the company website.
§ Contribute articles on Middle East activity for the company’s corporate staff magazine.
§ Assist in compiling material for the Middle East regional staff newsletter.
§ Liaise with sector and function leaders to build communication plans.
§ Assist in the monitoring and updating of communication plans across disciplines in the businesses.
§ Develop PR campaigns and initiatives for projects when required.
§ Liaise with the Production/Exhibitions coordinator to provide text for brochures and presentations as and when required.
§ On occasion, when required, deal with press releases.
Requirements
The successful candidate will posses the following qualifications and experience -
Qualifications:
§ A relevant business degree, a marketing qualification or similar.
Experience required:
§ Must be computer literate
§ Two years experience in a communications based role.
§ The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
§ Excellent communication skills.
