Fun with Logitech!

It was time to relaxe a bit at the Shelter and enjoy some goodies from Logitech, from the HD webcam to the laptop speakers, to that cool lapdesk that is super cool for some layback time on the bed while playing around with facebook or watching some videos on YouTube.

The lapdesk is a soft plate where you place your laptop on and work while you are laying down or relaxing on the couch, it’s a bit similar to the lapdesk that you can buy from Ikea, only this one from Logitech doesn’t warm your lap, and it comes with built in speakers to enjoy a higher sound, I spent some good time laying back on that couch while surfing the internet.

The real fun was with the range of speakers for the iPods and laptops, my favorite ones are the bar speaker and the wireless iPod speakers. The bar speaker is ideal for travelling, you can fit it in your bags or laptop case and enjoy some real sound. I’m not much of an iPod fan, I have one but I rarely use it, I prefer to enjoy my music directly from the laptop speakers, but if there are some devices that can amplify the ipod, it would be really great, specially for parties, but if there are speakers that can amplify laptops sound capabilities, it would be even better!

During the event, Logitech introduced it’s HD webcam, which can shoot in HD 720p for video calling and full HD 1080p for video recording, which works for video conferencing over the web, but I think its price is a bit high, 500AED for a webcam could be a little bit much, but the quality justifies the price, I guess.
