Advertising Account Director | Manama

Our client, a leading advertising agency in the region, is currently seeking a Client Leadership Director/Account Director to join their expanding and fast paced, team. The agency is pushing through with its expansion plan and is seeking a candidate who will have to oversee the profitability of the accounts and ensure the integration and process flow throughout business planning and media planning and buying.

Based in Bahrain, you will be primarily responsible for managing all senior client relationships on a major account or several key accounts and ensure that client satisfaction is a priority. The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of the various brands and the category dynamics and their short-and-near horizon challenges. You will also be responsible to confer with creative agencies and marketing teams to establish media goals, objectives and strategies in line with the overall communication plan.

Skills
As the successful candidate you will be degree educated, with 6-8 yrs experience in a multinational agency in the region in a senior communications based role. It is essential that you have significant corporate communications experience and have strong quantitative and analytical skills. Preference will be given to candidates who are in Bahrain or are willing to relocate there in the New Year.
