Advertising Account Manager | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact with clients, has ultimate responsibility for a number of accounts, manages the work of Account Executives and is the key person in charge of budgets and administration.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Managing a portfolio of accounts
-Managing the work of account executives
-Leading project management activity
-Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team
-Achieving sales targets
-Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
-Mastering and maintaining vast knowledge of client’s business, competition and latest industry news and trends
-Monitoring agency / client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness.
-Checking if all deliverables to client are to brief, guidelines and budget
-Preparing a Communication Plans for brands as well as strategy development
-Leading the process from briefing to execution for assigned jobs
-Presenting creative deliverables to the client for approval
-Suggesting intelligent proactive initiatives that can add value to client brand
-Preparing proposals detailing the initiatives to get client approval
-Being responsible for ensuring work is produced on time
-Overseeing the production of all campaigns produced material

Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
-Preferably 5+ years of industry and business experience
-Fluently bilingual (English and Arabic)
-Knowledge of the advertising industry, creative and production aspects
-Understanding of the overall media landscape (including Online and Mobile)
-Strong project management skills
-Strong research capability
-Ability to work in a stressful environment
-Enthusiastic and proactive with willingness to learn
-Extremely organized and highly motivated
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Demonstrated commitment to team work and account results
