International construction and facilities management company require a marketing assistant to work in a small but developing FM division.
Duties will include developing and running client relationship management database and keeping the website up to date.
It will also include developing marketing brochures and supporting the management in proposal presentations.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will ideally have had experience working with a construction or development company. Specific experience in facilities management ideal but not essential.
It is essential to be computer literate and able to change and update websites.
It is essential to be able to produce marketing brochures.
Ideally degree qualified but not essential.
