Marketing Manager | Dubai, UAE

Our client, a multinational conferencing and exhibitions business, is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager. They are recognised as a truly global player in the market.

Based in Dubai, and reporting to the Marketing Director, you will formulate and execute marketing plans for training products ensuring that marketing spend is below its targeted percentage of revenue. You will focus on B2B Exhibitions within Oil, Gas and Construction. You will also be responsible for all advertising, marketing and promotion activities for your events, taking complete ownership to ensure success. Furthermore you will be expected to assist with the analysis, management and the growth of the business database, acting on weak areas & optimising strengths. Finally you will be responsible for ensuring all materials are produced and distributed on time at the best possible cost.

Requirements
As the successful candidate you will possess a strong understanding of direct marketing coupled with strong analytical skills. You should be educated to degree level with a strong bias to Marketing subjects. You must be willing to work the hours that each and every event requires and in return will be given the opportunity to grow and develop within the business. You must be career minded, goal orientated and very hardworking. A competitive commission structure is also on offer which could in turn treble your salary.
