Associate Vice President Civil | Sobha Group Dubai, UAE

The candidate shall be a graduate Civil Engineering professional with 20 years of experience, of which at least 5 years must have been in a similar position with a Contracting company with high quality Techno-Commercial exposure (high rise residential / commercial buildings, as well as hospitality projects). This is a senior management position with complete accountability for professionally executing several projects at the same time with keen focus on modern & state of the art Systems and Processes, Safety measures, highest quality standards and current Project Management principles. The role entails strategic planning, budgeting, value engineering as well as execution. It involves complete ownership of business plan including booking new jobs/contracts.

This incumbent is required to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, safety and environmental issues; assist in construction programs and site management of engineering projects. He should have managed a working team size of more than 1000 people. He should have managed a built up area of more than 500,000 sq. feet per year.
