The Agency:

The Department:
The creative department has specialist skills and creative sense to produce ideas used in the campaign. The creative team works closely with the account management team to consider the information provided by planning and research and to interpret it in a visual form that will be seen and responded to by the product’s target audience.

The Job:
The Creative Director is responsible for developing and growing the agency as a brand as well as playing a key role in the agency management to enhance and manage its portfolio; foster culture of creative excellence, to optimize creative resources. The Creative Director plays a major role in setting and representing the creative standards to ensure the agency is at the leading edge of the industry and can compete in the international arena.

The successful candidate must be an internationally recognized award winner as well as have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role and total of 7 years of work experience in the creative industry either being from art or copy background. You will be managing a department of 12 people.
