Database Administrator CRM -Salesforce.com | Schneider Electric Dubai, UAE

Schneider Electric Gulf is implementing the Bridge Front Office software, a global program that focuses on delivering customer facing applications based on Salesforce.com, a CRM platform.

Due to this implementation we are seeking a competent Database Administrator responsible for the daily administration of Bridge Front Office who will be based in Dubai.

You will be required to utilize a rigorous user management as well as transform business users reporting needs in reports and dashboards.

The ESSENTIAL criteria for this challenging role are:

- Graduate in Business Administration/ Commercial/ Computer Science

- 2-4 years experience as Database administrator in a professional organization preferably in Customer Service, MIS Support / IT Administration

- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Access as well as good general IT knowledge (Network, Windows…)

- Familiar with CRM functionalities

To be successful in this position it is required for the candidate to have good communication & interfacing skills and be an active team player.

The following criteria will be highly regarded:

- Good knowledge of sales.force.com

- Good knowledge in Front Office processes
