Digital Advertising Account Manager | Amman

Our client, a world renowned multinational advertising agency is seeking a digital account manager for their Jordan based office.

Reporting to the Client services Director your responsibility will be to organize and attend client meetings to receive and discuss campaigns and/or websites briefs. You will propose web strategy and tactics following stated objectives whilst Liaising with media planners to develop web plan (selection of portals to advertise with) and recommend to client if required. You will manage projects and liaise with design and programming team during campaign execution and/or website’s development phase. This will involve briefing the team about the design of the ads, emails, website/micro-site following the client or the brand identity guidelines, content requirements, site structure, follow-up translation into Arabic of the content and recommended animation. You will follow-up with the client whilst ensuring campaign deliveries and SEO with C&RM Department at every stage to receive approvals and move to next step.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years experience working within a Digital environment/agency within client services/account management dept. You must understand and have the experience within every aspect of building and maintaining strong client relationships within a digital agency. You must have extensive knowledge of the full digital lifecycle, please do not apply for this position if this isn’t the case. Arabic speakers an advantage however not essential
