Ensure the suitability to operational requirements of personnel, equipment and services

Activities

• Prepare operations program

• Produce the technical and operational synthesis

• Conducts studies to improve performance

• Prepare and conduct invitations to tender and service and equipment contracts

• Participate in the training of job holders

The Drilling and Completion Engineer is a leader in the explanation of the program on the rig site (pre-spud meetings). He can support on site the Drilling Supervisor for a tricky job.

He should have IT skills in order to run the drilling software’s (anti-collison, casing design, well view. etc)
